In memoriam: Russell J Schenck

A member of A1 Sprinkler’s family passed away unexpectedly on Monday, August 17, 2009. Russ had been a sprinkler fitter for over 37 years. He started his career with Viking Fire Protection as a designer then moved in to the field. During his career, Russ worked for Miami Valley Sprinkler, Ace Sprinkler, and Safety First. The last 15 years Russ served as a Master Technician in our Service Department where he worked with all phases of fire protection. He was also the owner of Schenck Fire Protection Inc. Russ will truly be missed by his customers and fellow employees.

A1 Sprinkler would like to extend our deepest condolences to the family and friends of Russell J Schenck. He is survived by his wife of 16 years, his father, 3 children, 2 stepchildren, 9 grandchildren, 3 sisters, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. In his honor, donations may be made to the TVS Athletic Association (P.O. Box 225, W. Alexandria, Ohio 45381) or the American Heart Association.
